Who We Are
We are a firm that advises and partners with companies, founders, investors, and project sponsors to help bring capital-intensive initiatives into existence. Our work sits at the intersection of corporate finance, strategy, regulation, and project development, where execution realities, together with a deep understanding of risk and mitigation, determine outcomes.
The firm is built around a complementary mix of experience from tier-1 advisory, institutional investing, and hands-on project development in capital-intensive sectors. This is supported by a growing analytical team, allowing us to combine senior judgment with rigorous analysis across our engagements.

Through our careers, we have established an extensive international network spanning institutional investors, tier-1 advisers, public servants, government bodies, and industry leaders. While the firm is based in Copenhagen, our work is inherently international, and we are accustomed to advising clients and engaging with stakeholders globally.
This perspective strengthens our work by providing insight into how decisions are made in practice and, where appropriate, allowing us to help clients and partners engage credible third parties, comparable counsel, or relevant capital, as well as anticipate and remove execution-critical roadblocks.
Regulated and Board-Governed Environments
We have extensive experience engaging with public servants, public agencies, and ministries, and operating in highly regulated environments. This informs our advisory work by grounding it in an understanding of public processes, regulatory decision-making, and institutional constraints, which are often decisive for the feasibility, timing, and execution of capital-intensive initiatives.
We also bring extensive board-level experience, both in advising management teams reporting to boards and in supporting boards directly through complex strategic, investment, and execution-related decisions. This provides a detailed understanding of board dynamics, fiduciary responsibilities, and how issues are most effectively prepared for board consideration and resolution.
